Watches, Strava and Garmin
Tada! doesn’t connect directly to your watch, Strava or Garmin. It only reads from Apple Health or Health Connect — whatever other apps write there.
Most watches and sports apps send their data there on their own. Apple Watch writes to the Health app automatically, with nothing to set up. Strava and Garmin Connect often have writing turned off — where to turn it on is in the article Workouts from your watch didn’t show up.
Why it works this way
One connection instead of a dozen. If Tada! had to ask for access to every service separately, it would need you to sign in to all of them — and it would see far more about you than it needs for an active day.
