Waiting for data
Watches and sports apps send data with a delay — sometimes not until the morning, when your phone connects to Wi-Fi. If Tada! closed the day at midnight, it would break the streak for people who did move; the data just hadn’t been recorded yet.
That’s why every day has time until 12:00 the next day. While that window is open, the day shows as “waiting for data” and your streak holds.
What you can do
Usually nothing — it catches up on its own. If you want to speed it up:
- Open your watch’s app and let it finish syncing.
- In Tada!, pull down on the Today screen.
What if the data doesn’t arrive
At 12:00, the day closes based on whatever is there. If there’s nothing in it, it counts as not completed — and that can still be fixed with a freeze or a repair.
