Freezes

A freeze is a safety net for a day that didn’t work out. It holds your streak but doesn’t add the day — after a frozen day, your streak carries on from the number it was at.

You don’t need to turn it on, and you can’t use it up by accident: it’s used automatically when it’s needed.

How many you get

• Free: 1 a month
• Plus: 4 a month

They renew on the first day of each month and don’t add up — an unused freeze doesn’t carry over to the next month.

When you’re out of freezes

The day stays not completed and can still be repaired for 48 hours. Only after that does the streak break and start again from zero.

It’s a pity, but it’s not the end. You keep your best, and a new streak can start tomorrow.
