How a shared streak works
A shared streak is a pair or a group of up to five people. With two of you, it only grows on days when both of you are done. In a group, one person may miss a day — more on that in the article about groups.
In a shared streak, a frozen or repaired day counts the same as a completed one.
How to start one
- Create an invite in the app. You get a six-character code.
- Send it to your buddy however you like — in a message, out loud, on a sticky note.
- Your buddy enters the code and the streak begins.
The code is valid for a week. If nobody uses it, it simply expires.
How many streaks you can have
- Free: 1
- Plus: 10
A pair and a group each take up one spot. Invites nobody has accepted yet count too.
What your buddy sees
Your nickname, your color and whether you’re done for today. Nothing more. No steps, no minutes, no times, no places.
